They are fake! You can tell that they are by the way they look at us, the way they talk to us, the way they don't care about us when we need them the most. And they don't last long.
Let me start with Real friends first. They are freaking true. It's worth a thousand hearts to have a true friend, you could feel the miracle and the blessing you got from God. It's a gift to me. Honestly, I haven't felt that feeling and a true friend yet. I'm really hoping for one to come but I'm not chasing or forcing right now, because you never know what might come along. Maybe if you wait longer and be patient, you could get someone even better or even someone best.
I would like to share you my story about friendship.
I've been changing 'best friends' all my life. I guess no one's fit for me yet. I not giving pride of myself but i can feel that I'm a true friend to my friends (some). Let me start from my friendship story in my grade 3 year.
In grade 3, I was in my math tuition - cause I suck to the max in math. Anyways, I was introduced to a friend, who's going to be in my school, so we met. We didn't say a word to each other, we were just smiling awkwardly. The first time I looked at her and met her, I was thinking like "this girl looks mean" and negative thoughts and judgements came all over my mind seeing her cover. I know people often say "don't judge a book by it's cover", but my mind's controlling me, I guess I can't really do anything much about it. Peace. As I was saying, so on the day of the next academic year, we met again and coincidentally, we were put in the same class. I reacted and told my other friends about her.
Time went on..
We get along better and better each week, months and years. Then eventually, we became best friends for about 4 years, which is quite rare to have a best friend that long. But while we were best friends, I made some more best friends. But this two sides of best friends I have, didn't seem to like each other. So it's developing some problems since then. Nothing has ever gone well with friendships in this school. Never. We all have groups. We all backstab each other. We all don't really even like each other. I'm mostly talking about the girls here, even though some boys are also like this (some). It's really inconvenience with people like this or environments like this around, especially in school. You know.
I've always been wishing and dreaming for a change in this matter, but I can tell that it never will. It's just that for once, why not get together? Why act like this?
Fake friends are ones who'd never be there for you in times when you need them the most and they never. Ever. Sacrifice anything for you.
Let me just tell you the other side.
Tips of true friends:
- They love you and want you to be their friend in any condition.
- They will never leave your side. And this doesn't mean that you have to be with them and stick with them anywhere they go.
- They will sacrifice anything for you.
- They will never let go of you
- They will still choose you over anyone else.
- They will never talk behind your back. Ever.
- They will forgive and forget the mistakes you've made.
- They will come to you and be there for you.
- They give light to your darkest hours and times and situation.
- They tell you the truth.
THE most IMPORTANT last thing is DON'T BE THAT FAKE FRIEND YOURSELF!
